Virel V Johnson

Virel V. Johnson, a resident of Liberty, Missouri, former resident of Chillicothe,
Missouri, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026, at the age of 68. Virel was
born on Sunday, January 26, 1958, in Chillicothe, Missouri.
Virel was a 1976 graduate of Chillicothe High School. On November 22, 1980 he
married Debbie Adamczyk. To this union three children were born, Jennifer,
Melissa and Virel, Jr.
Virel loved fishing and shooting dice.
He is survived by his children, Jennifer Johnson, Melissa Johnson, Virel Johnson,
Jr., and William D.V. Johnson, seven grandchildren, Gabriel Lee Johnson, Zachary
Dean, Elijah, Liliana, Aubriella, Alicia and Dominic Perez, his ex-wife Debbie
Adamczyk and step-son Christopher Adamczyk; two brothers, William and Robert
Johnson, and his sister, Ann Seba. He was preceded in death by his parents and
four sisters: Lisa Johnson, Debbie Johnson, Diane Johnson, and Loretta "Sissy"
Walker. He cherished the time he spent with his family and treasured the memories
they created together.
There was cremation, There are no scheduled services at this time. Arrangements
are under the care of Lindley Funeral Home.
