Susan Annette Holcomb, age 67, a resident of Gallatin, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at North Care Hospice, North Kansas City, Missouri. Susan was born the daughter of Johnnie and Ruth (Hines) Johnson on August, 17, 1958 in Chillicothe, Missouri.

Susan was a laundry attendant at various nursing homes throughout her career. She was a member of the NRA. Susan had a special place in her heart for Bald Eagles. She also enjoyed listening to all country music. She had a knack for puzzles, crossword, word-search, she liked them all.

She is survived by one daughter, Melissa Anson (Rusty) of Lathrop, Missouri; four sons, Carl Holcomb, Jr. (Destiney) of Gallatin, Missouri, Henry Holcomb of St. Joseph, Missouri, Frank Holcomb of Albany, Missouri and Tony Holcomb (Jessica) of Gallatin, Missouri; ten grandchildren; two sisters, Ann Wade (Terry) of Excelsior Springs, Missouri and Barbara Silkwood (William) of Knoxville, Missouri; five brothers, Thomas Johnson (Deborah) of Hughesville, Missouri, James Johnson of Liberty, Missouri, Les Johnson (Waunita) of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Jeff Johnson (Mary Jane) of Avalon, Missouri and Joe Johnson of Chillicothe, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Michael Johnson and one sister, Shirley Holtzclaw.
