Sheri Lynn Laffey, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2026, at the age of 62, at her residence. She was born the daughter of Jim Laffey and Connie Hind on Monday, January 6, 1964, in California.

Sheri was known for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and love for reading. She was also a member of St. Columban Catholic Church.

She is survived by her father, Jim Laffey of Chillicothe, Missouri; a brother, Wade Laffey of Chillicothe, Missouri, and her two sisters, Sarah Campioni of Greenfield, Iowa, and Amy Singleton of Missouri. Sheri was preceded in death by her mother, Connie, and a brother, Russell.

A cremation was held. No services are scheduled at this time. Inurnment will be held at St. Columban Catholic Cemetery, Chillicothe, Missouri.
