Russell Lee Hawk, age 70, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022 at his residence.
Russell was born the son of Lewis and Betty Marie (Bradberry) Hawk on August 5, 1951, in Kansas City, Missouri.  He was united in marriage to Carolyn Geyer on November 28, 1981,in Chillicothe, Missouri.  She survives of the home.  Russell worked as a sandblaster in the construction industry for many years and also as a welder for Semco.  He enjoyed fishing, KC Chiefs Football, cooking, gardening, watching cartoons and spending time with his nieces and nephews.  He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn, of the home; three brothers, Phillip Deringer and wife, Diane, of North Carolina, Leland Hawk and wife, Lucinda, of Cameron, Missouri and Robert Hawk.  He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  Russell was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Boyd and Earl Hawk.
Cremation was held and no services are scheduled at this time.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home P.O. Box 47 Chillicothe, Missouri 64601.  Online condolences may be made at www.lindleyfuneralhome.com .
