Mary J. Anderson, age 103, a resident of Chillicothe, former resident of Dawn, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Morningside Center, Chillicothe, Missouri.
Mary was born the daughter of Floyd and Lucy (Timbrook) Timmerman on December 3, 1921 in Carroll County, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Amos Anderson on August 9, 1941. He preceded her in death on April 8, 1976.
Mary was a homemaker and cattle farmer. She enjoyed quilting.
Mary is survived by three sons, Richard Anderson of Dawn, Missouri, Dale Anderson of Ann Arbor, Michigan and Mike Anderson and wife, Bonnie of Braymer, Missouri; daughter-in-law, Vickie Anderson; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Amos; one son, David Anderson.
