Larry Von White, age 76, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Hedrick Medical Center, Chillicothe, Missouri.
Larry was born the son of Von and Lucille (Fields) White on July 25, 1945, in Ethel, Missouri. He was a 1963 graduate of Clarence High School. He was united in marriage to Mary Genevieve Edwards on May 1, 1971, in Clarence, Missouri. She survives of the home. In 1977, Larry graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He worked as an insurance salesman for United Missouri Insurance Agency for many years. Larry served as a pastor for 35 years. He was a member of House of Prayer, Chillicothe, Missouri. Larry enjoyed drawing, painting, and fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Mary White of the home; two sons, Matthew Von White and wife Patti of Austin, Texas, and Mark Russell White and wife Crystal of Olathe, Kansas; one daughter, Jennifer Renee Hamilton and husband Alphonso of Chicago, Illinois; five grandchildren, Abigail Elizabeth White, Makenzie Grace White, Nicole Renee Turnage, Jack Von White, and Ruby Grace White; one sister, Shirley Mahoney of Unionville, Missouri; and one brother, Danny White of Springfield, Missouri. He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, John White.
A memorial service will be held at Turning Point Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. A scheduled visitation will be held at Turning Point Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Saturday, February 12, 2022, one hour prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made to House of Prayer and may be left at or mailed to Lindley Funeral Home, P.O.
