Jun Uwagawa

Jun Uwagawa, age 75, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at his residence.
Jun was born the son of Makoto and Sakiko (Nakano) Uwagawa on April 10, 1950 in Tokyo, Japan. He was a cabinet maker by trade.
Jun is survived by his daughter, Malisa Uwagawa of Chillicothe, Missouri; sister, Miki Watanabe (Mitsugu) of Yokohama, Japan; two grandchildren, Isis Chambers (Tyler) of Ashland, Missouri and Aaron Baker (Devonn Ritchie) of Kansas City, Missouri; four great-grandchildren, Julian Chambers, Lynnlee Baker, Macyn Baker and Emerson Baker. He was preceded in death by his parents, Makoto and Sakiko Uwagawa.
Cremation was held. A Celebration of Life will be held in Chillicothe on September 14, 2025. For time and location please contact family or email uwagawam@hotmail.com.
