Jamie Marie Saale, age 49, a resident of Chillicothe, Missouri passed away peacefully on Friday, September 26, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Jamie was born in Brookfield, Missouri, on Friday, September 24, 1976.
On September 17, 2011, she married the love of her life, Jeff Saale in Sumner, Missouri and together they raised the joy of their life, Benten.
Jamie was a talented and diligent professional; serving as a Title Agent and Escrow Closer at Harvest & Home Title Company, formerly Staton Abstract & Title Company in Chillicothe, Missouri. She found joy in being part of a couple's new beginning—a role she cherished deeply. Jamie was a 1994 graduate of Marceline High School, where she forged lifelong friendships and laid the foundations of her values and work ethic. Her passion for travel saw her and Jeff and sometimes even her extended family exploring new horizons, always seeking the beauty and wonder of the world.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Jeff Saale, and her beloved son, Benten Saale, both of Chillicothe, Missouri; her mother, Edna Fry Shoemaker of Marceline, Missouri; her brother, Joshua Shoemaker and wife, Megan, of Marceline, Missouri, and their children, Hudson, Carson, and Emerson Shoemaker; father-in-law, Pete Saale of Chillicothe, Missouri, and brother-in-law Michael Saale and wife, Sherri, of Hartford, Wisconsin, and their children Belinda, Christopher, and Timothy Saale; her aunt, Joyce Lichtenberg; cousins, Jeremy Haston and wife, Jamie, Angela Schulz and husband Matthew and Julie Pate and husband Chris. She was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Bonnie Saale, two uncles, Donnie Lichtenberg and Charles Fry, her cousin, Robin Fry and her maternal grandparents, Leroy and Shirley Fry.
Funeral services will be held at the United Methodist Church, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 10:30 am. A scheduled visitation will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friends may call at Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, Missouri, on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Chillicothe, Missouri.
